- Point out reasons not to buy, property liabilities
- Educate you on the different Middle Tennessee areas and lifestyles
- Full Disclosure on all known facts that materially affect property and community value and are not readily observable
- Explain all legal documents pertinent to your purchase agreement
- Diligence, care and skill in Negotiating the best price and terms for you
- Presenting all offers & counteroffers in a timely manner unless a party has previously directed otherwise in writing
- Available to you 24/7 throughout the purchase process
- Liaison between you and the sellers
- Accounting for all funds. i.e. escrow and closing
- Assist with financing, insurance and other services related to your closing and relocation
- Do Whatever is necessary for you to have a smooth, easy closing and relocation
